This luxury 2 bedroom apartment comfortably
accommodates a family of four. All inclusive costs per week are
detailed below. We will
accommodate any length of stay as short or as long as suits you.

Non-standard weekly charges
The charges below apply during specific times of
the year and replace those listed above during the stated periods
It is possible to book the apartment for incomplete
weeks. Minimum charge € 100.
The online booking system will initially "pencil
in" bookings keeping them free for you. You will immediately
be sent an email containing all the details you submitted. Once
you have received this email you will be required to pay a deposit
within 14 days. This will be 25% of the total holiday cost and
must be
paid in sterling and posted to:

Once the deposit has been received the booking will
be confirmed, and you will recieve a confirmation email.
The outstanding balance for the
apartment is to be paid on arrival in euros, plus
a bond of 100 euros, returnable at the end of holiday.
What's included in the costs?
Weekly charges include cleaning and
fresh bed linen prior to your arrival. Also included in the rental
is a complimentary welcome
pack, which includes essential groceries. Additional cleaning arrangements
can be made upon request, however you may wish to note that a washing
machine is provided in the apartment for your convenience during
your stay.
N.B: A 100 euro bond is required upon arrival.
This will be returned to you on departure subject to an inspection.
We therefore
rely
on your integrity to ensure that any breakages or damages which
may
occur during your stay are rectified prior to your departure.
